About Refurbished
Refurbished laptops are used laptops that have been repaired, tested, and repackaged for reintroduction into the marketplace. These laptops may have been returned by customers, deemed overstocked, had leases expire, or experienced minor damages, and are thus recycled to the manufacturer or specialized professional refurbishment companies. Here, they undergo professional processing to restore them to 90% of their original condition for resale.
When you receive the goods and notice slight scratches or broken corners on the appearance, please do not be surprised. This is a normal occurrence because our refurbished computers undergo a thorough refurbishment process to ensure they function perfectly, with 90% of their original quality restored. Any minor traces on the appearance are purely cosmetic and do not affect functionality.

Item condition
All our items are graded to make it easier for you to understand their condition before you buy. Any difference to this will be noted below.
If there are no special requirements, the products we give you are Grade A
As New – Spotless device in Like-New condition with a new/generic box. No visible scratches or dents. Brand new look!
Grade A – Device in great cosmetic condition considering it is a non-new product. It will show minimal signs of use. A small scratch or minor blemish can be expected at most.
Grade B – Device with moderate signs of use and tear, minor scratches and scuff marks visible at 20cm distance. It may have minor scratches on the screen, barely visible when the screen is on. The product is in full working order with no functional issues.
All of our products come with essential charging cords, but these cords feature different charging sockets tailored to various countries. Please contact us for assistance in confirming the appropriate socket for your location.
Refurbishment Process
- Preliminary Test: Perform initial testing of recycled computers to determine the hardware and functionality of the laptops.
- Fixes and Changes: Repair and replace damaged parts such as the hard disk, RAM, display, keyboard, etc., to ensure proper use of the computer.
- Deep Cleansing: Perform a thorough cleaning of the computer, both internally and externally, to remove dust and dirt, and thoroughly reorganize the computer software to ensure optimal performance.
- Testing and Quality Control: Rigorous functionality testing and quality checking of restored and cleaned computers ensure that their performance is up to standard.
- Packaging and Sales: After inspection, qualified laptops are repackaged and provided with a corresponding period of warranty service, ready for resale.
