This limited warranty applies to physical goods purchased from KuaYi, And only to physical goods

Item condition

All our items are graded to make it easier for you to understand their condition before you buy. Any difference to this will be noted below.

If there are no special requirements, the products we give you are Grade A

As New – Spotless device in Like-New condition with a new/generic box. No visible scratches or dents. Brand new look!

Grade A – Device in great cosmetic condition considering it is a non-new product. It will show minimal signs of use. A small scratch or minor blemish can be expected at most.

Grade B – Device with moderate signs of use and tear, minor scratches and scuff marks visible at 20cm distance. It may have minor scratches on the screen, barely visible when the screen is on. The product is in full working order with no functional issues.

All of our products come with essential charging cords, but these cords feature different charging sockets tailored to various countries. Please contact us for assistance in confirming the appropriate socket for your location.

Warranty

All our items are provided with a six-month warranty.

What does the warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers:

  • Any defect in material or quality under normal use during the warranty period
  • Hardware failures such as motherboard, hard drive, power supply, screens, keyboards, touchpad, touchscreens, or any physical component failure under regular usage
  • Batteries for a maximum of 3 months, as they are classified as consumables
  • The original installation of the Operating System (macOS, Windows, Android)

What does this warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
  • Any accidental damage, such as dropping or liquid damage
  • Batteries for a maximum of 3 months, as they are classified as consumables
  • Third-party software or applications installed after receiving the product for the first time

What will we do to correct problems?

We will repair or replace the product at no cost to you, using either new or refurbished parts, or cover the repair costs if they do not exceed 10% of the total product cost.

Returns?

  • If you are not satisfied with an item or need to return it for any reason, please contact us first, and we will provide you with the best solution!
  • In general, we do not accept returns without valid reasons. Before making a purchase, please contact us. We will provide product pictures for your observation to ensure there are no issues prior to shipping.
  • Most of our products come with a six-month warranty. Please contact us if you encounter any issues during this period!
  • Our warranty covers hardware failures such as motherboards, hard drives, power supplies, screens, keyboards, and more.
  • The warranty does not cover accidental damages such as drops or liquid spills.
  • We guarantee batteries for a maximum of 3 months, as they are classified as consumables.
  • When you receive the goods and notice slight scratches on the surface, please note that this is normal. Our refurbished laptops aim to maintain a 90% new condition, and these minor imperfections do not affect their normal functionality.

In the event of a replacement or repair, the remaining warranty period of the original product will remain valid until the end of the three-month warranty period. Extended warranty will not apply unless the user requests a deferral of the warranty period.
